Description
Ethics 102 is an important professional development opportunity (10 PDP), which we expect will be a reflective and thoughtful endeavor for participants. This ten-hour learning opportunity offers you an occasion to review the principles and standards which guide our profession and to use those standards and principles as you solve a variety of challenging dilemmas and reflect on the common experiences which we all face in our day-to-day work. The papers represented here each focus on a different aspect of our complex roles.
Ethics is a critically important topic for our profession. Those who hold the credential of Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) must obtain at least three hours of professional development in this area. Whether or not it is personally required that you obtain further learning and practice in this area, all individuals who work with children and their families benefit from professional development in ethics.
