DAY 1 KEYNOTE:  SAMUEL ORTIZ, PHD

An innovator and recognized leader in the field of assessment and evaluation of children who are culturally and linguistically diverse.

DAY 2 KEYNOTE:  JANINE JONES, PHD

A leader in school psychology who focuses on integrating culturally responsive practices that enhance teacher/student relationships and reduce some of the barriers associated with opportunity gaps for students of color.
